A note on feeling not enough (thinking you need more to show up powerfully):
Common thoughts job seekers have are "I'm not smart enough to apply for that role."
And "I need more experience before I can confidently network with those people."
But your power is created in your mind and realized through the actions you take from a state of enoughness.
The more you show up as enough, the more you create invites for opportunities to enter your world.
The more confidence you create (not less). The more value you demonstrate (showing up = value given).
You don't need to "become more qualified."
You need to constantly recognize your inherent value and consistently show up to create opportunities to bring your gifts forward.
Doesn't mean you pretend. Doesn't mean you frantically rush to apply everywhere. Or that you push yourself to always be "on."
It means you adjust your thinking to adopt the beliefs in bold above, and then go prove it to yourself until it's proven.
You find the thoughts you have that limit your powerful state.
You don't need to know... How do I become more interesting?How do I magically transform into someone else?
When you deeply believe in your enoughness and understand that power comes from showing up as you are (not as someone you're not), your actions will naturally flow from a place of confidence.
You will know the answer to these questions for you. Or you won't even be asking these questions. You will be too busy with answers. Too busy giving value. Too busy showing up. Too busy enjoying this wild ride that is creating a career you love.
